Lonnie Bennett

Lonnie W Bennett has been preparing taxes for over 30 years. The largest number his office
has prepared in a single year is over 2600, of which more than 500 were small businesses. He has
trained in excess of 200 preparers, a number of whom now have their own businesses.

Of the hundreds of client audits and IRS challenges he has handled, he has lost only one.
As a direct result of his work, the IRS has changed the way they audit ministers. He advised
on the writing of a Minister’s Audit Manuel and contributed to the change in the way the IRS
responds to queries regarding the forms to be submitted by churches to the Internal Revenue Service.

From the beginning, he has been a leader in the electronic processing of returns and prides himself
on the fact that his clients received their refunds at the fastest speed possible.
